Plumi(이하 "앱")는 문제를 한 장씩 넘기며 푸는 퀴즈 피드 앱입니다. 수학 퍼즐, 넌센스 수수께끼, 판 채우기, 길 긋기 같은 채널이 있고, 풀어서 모은 별로 "내 방"을 꾸밉니다. 앱은 회원가입 없이 바로 쓸 수 있습니다. 이 문서는 앱이 어떤 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

수수께끼·판 채우기·길 긋기 채널의 풀이 기록, 반응, 신고는 서버로 보내지 않고 기기에만 남습니다. 새 문제를 받아 올 때는 식별자 없이 공개 파일을 내려받습니다. 신고 메모에는 이름·연락처 같은 개인정보를 적지 말아 주세요.
별과 레벨, 내 방과 가진 물건, 등급과 랭크전 기록, 스트릭, 저장한 문제, 본 문제와 반응, 설정(언어·소리·진동), 광고 노출 횟수는 기기에만 저장됩니다. Google 계정을 연결해도 이 기록은 서버로 올라가지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
문제 카드나 내 방 사진을 저장하면 이미지가 기기의 갤러리에 저장됩니다. 이 이미지는 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
전화번호, 주소, 정확한 위치, 연락처, 마이크, 카메라, 결제 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 앱이 요청하는 권한은 인터넷과 진동뿐입니다. 사용 분석 도구나 충돌 보고 도구는 넣지 않았습니다.
앱은 모든 채널에서 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 문제 사이에 피드 카드로 나오는 광고와, 사용자가 직접 골라서 보는 보상형 광고가 있습니다. 화면을 가로막는 전면 광고는 없습니다.
광고는 전체 이용가 등급만 표시합니다. 광고를 게재하고 맞춤 설정하며 횟수를 제한하기 위해 Google이 광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 정보 같은 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 맞춤형 광고는 기기의 Google 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정해 끌 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역과 영국에서는 처음 실행할 때 광고 동의를 묻고, 설정의 "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. Google 광고 정책
수집한 데이터를 판매하거나 위 목적 밖으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
문제 피드백 기록은 90일 뒤 자동으로 삭제되며, 그 전에 개인을 식별할 수 없는 문제별 통계로 집계됩니다. 신고 내용은 문제를 검토하는 동안 보관합니다. 익명 ID와 앱 정보, 연결한 Google 계정 정보는 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관합니다.
설정에서 로그아웃하면 기기에서 계정 정보가 지워집니다. 연결한 계정과 서버 기록은 앱의 설정 → 계정 → "계정 삭제"에서, 또는 계정 삭제 페이지에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하셔도 30일 이내에 처리합니다.
앱은 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 어린이용으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 13세 미만 어린이의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 자녀가 앱에 개인정보를 제공한 것을 알게 된 보호자께서는 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 확인하는 대로 삭제합니다.

Plumi (the "app") is a quiz feed you swipe through one card at a time. It has channels such as math puzzles, nonsense riddles (Korean), fill the board and trace the path, and the stars you earn decorate "My Room". No sign-up is required. This page explains what data the app handles and why.

Play records, reactions and reports from the riddle, fill the board and trace the path channels stay on your device and are never sent. New puzzles are downloaded as public files with no identifier. Please do not put names, contact details or other personal information in a report note.
Stars and level, your room and the items you own, ranks and ranked-run records, streaks, saved puzzles, seen puzzles and reactions, settings (language, sound, haptics) and ad counters are stored only on your device. Linking a Google account does not upload them. Uninstalling the app removes them.
When you save a puzzle card or a photo of your room, the image is saved to your device's gallery. It is not sent to our server.
No phone number, address, precise location, contacts, microphone, camera or payment data. The only permissions the app requests are internet access and vibration. The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting tools.
The app shows Google AdMob ads in every channel: ad cards that appear in the feed between puzzles, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch. There are no full-screen interstitial ads.
Only ads rated for general audiences are shown. To deliver and personalize ads and cap how often they appear, Google may process data such as the advertising ID, IP address and device information. You can turn off personalized ads by deleting or resetting the advertising ID in your device's Google settings. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom the app asks for your ad consent on first launch, and you can change it at any time under "Ad privacy settings" in Settings. Google ads policy
We do not sell the data we collect or share it with third parties beyond the purposes above.
Puzzle feedback records are deleted automatically after 90 days; before that they are aggregated into per-puzzle statistics that identify no one. Reports are kept while the puzzle is under review. The anonymous ID, app info and linked Google account info are kept while the service runs.
Signing out in Settings removes the account information from your device. You can delete a linked account and its server records yourself in the app (Settings → Account → "Delete account") or on the account deletion page. You can also write to the contact below; we process requests within 30 days.
The app is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child has given the app personal information, write to the contact below and we will delete it.
Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
